You don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need to try harder.
And you’re not broken.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re someone others rely on.
You lead. You care. You hold space. You show up.
And yet…
something feels off.
Not wrong — just unsustainable.
This guide is an invitation to pause and notice:
Are you leading from depletion — or from being reSOURCED?

Being reSOURCED doesn’t mean you’re rested all the time.
It doesn’t mean life is easy.
And it doesn’t mean you stop caring.
Being reSOURCED means:
• Your leadership is connected to your body, not just your mind
• You can feel discomfort without abandoning yourself
• You give without rescuing
• You rest without guilt
• You trust yourself — even when it’s hard

You might be leading from depletion if you notice yourself:
• Over-explaining or over-giving
• Feeling responsible for other people’s outcomes or emotions
• Avoiding honest conversations to “keep the peace”
• Feeling resentful — then judging yourself for it
• Being praised for your strength while feeling tired underneath
None of this makes you a bad leader.
It makes you human.
INSTEAD OF asking
How do I show up better?
Try askingWhat part of me has been left out of how I lead — and is asking to be included now?
Often, depletion isn’t about doing too much —
it’s about leaving parts of ourselves behind in order to lead.

Activity
Take a few slow breaths.
Place one hand on your body — anywhere that feels grounding.
Then reflect honestly:
Where in my leadership do I feel most alive?
Where in my body do I feel tight, heavy, or resentful?
What uncomfortable truth have I been avoiding?
What would it feel like to trust myself a little more?
What could become possible?
If I didn’t need to be “the strong one,” what might change?
There are no right answers.
Only honest ones.

When leaders become reSOURCED:
• Conversations become more honest
• Boundaries become clearer
• Compassion deepens without depletion
• Courage feels grounded, not forced
• Impact becomes sustainable and expansive
Leadership stops being something you perform —
and becomes something you embody.

If this reflection stirred something in you, trust that.
You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to decide anything today.
But if you’re curious what it looks like to explore reSOURCED leadership
in a held, relational container — you’re welcome to stay connected.
Ways to Stay Close
You already know the answer isn’t outside of you.
Sometimes, we just need the right space to remember.
